This Kantha Silk Sari Throw is handmade by women artisans in India using 100% silk up-cycled saris. Each piece is unique and is made from saris that are intricately stitched together in a patchwork design using the traditional “kantha” embroidery technique. Our fair trade partner Sevya is dedicated to preserving the indigenous art forms and cultures of India by supporting artisan communities. "Sevya" is a Sanskrit word that means "caring through service".
