Orders, Shipping & Returns

Product may be picked up from our Kansas City-area store located at 7947 Santa Fe Drive, Overland Park, KS 66204. You will receive an email in 1-2 days when your order is ready for pickup.

We offer shipping to Continental US locations at a flat rate of $8.00 per order. Some items may be subject to additional shipping charges as noted. Your order will be shipped from our location in 2-3 days via USPS and you will receive a tracking number via email. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

All of our items are handcrafted, so slight variations in color and style may occur. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return regularly priced items for a refund or store credit within 30 days. Returned items must be in new condition with tags attached. Sales are final on soaps, food, and clearance items.

Items Purchased In-Store

Items purchased in our store must be returned in-store. Returns with a receipt will be issued a refund in the original form of payment. Items returned without a receipt or after 30 days are eligible for a gift certificate.

Items Purchased Online:

Items purchased online may be returned in-store or by mail. Original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Return In-store: Returns will be accepted with an invoice or order number within 30 days. Returns with an invoice or order number will be issued a refund in the original form of payment.

Return By Mail: If you wish to return an item by mail, please notify us at hello@craftedfairtrade.org. Returns will not be accepted without prior confirmation and must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the date of receipt. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit to us. Original shipping cost is non-refundable. Return postage is at the customer’s expense.

For your protection, we recommend you send your return with an insured, trackable carrier like USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Once we receive your item, we will send you a confirmation via e-mail.

Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days after receipt of your package. An email notification will be sent when the refund has been processed. Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your account and allow one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Feel free to contact us at hello@craftedfairtrade.org if you have not seen the credit after 14 days.

Our FiveStars Reward Program is only available in-store and is not currently available online.
