Sea Breeze Capiz Earrings

These lightweight earrings flow with the breeze featuring subtle-toned blue capiz shell. Crafting capiz shell is a labor-intensive process. First artisans wash and soak shells and after the shells have dried, they are cut into shapes and edged with metal wire. A finishing coat of varnish completes this process. Made by SAFFY’s Filipino artisan communities, these earrings support youth education and vocational growth rooted in capiz-shell tradition.
