Kantha Cotton Sari Crop Top

This Kantha Cotton Sari Crop Top is handmade by women artisans in India using 100% cotton up-cycled saris. Each is uniquely beautiful, made from saris that are intricately stitched together using the traditional “kantha” embroidery technique. Designed in a contemporary cut with indigo block print trim and handmade fabric tassels at the hem. The top is reversible with one side featuring a single colorful pattern and the other a patchwork of assorted saris. Our fair trade partner Sevya is dedicated to preserving the indigenous art forms and cultures of India by supporting artisan communities. "Sevya" is a Sanskrit word that means "caring through service".
