Illuminate your neckline with this handcrafted necklace of capiz shell edged with metal wire. Crafting capiz shell is a labor-intensive process. First artisans wash and soak shells and after the shells have dried, they are cut into shapes and edged with metal wire. A finishing coat of varnish completes this process. Created by SAFFY artisans in the Philippines, this piece channels capiz shell heritage while supporting education, vocational training, and artisan livelihoods since 1966.
