Axolotl Felted Finger Puppet

This adorable felt finger puppet will make a whimsical addition to story time! Women artisans in Nepal craft thick felt sheets by applying soap, water and pressure to unspun wool in a process known as wet felting. Intricate details are added to each piece using needle felting techniques, giving each puppet a unique personality. Our fair trade partner Silk Road Bazaar connects with artists who have limited market access, but work to carry on traditional craft culture.
