Soapstone Colorful Nativity

Kenyan artisans hand carve soft soapstone to create a beautiful nativity scene in vibrant colors of turquoise, green, and pink. This handcrafted portrayal makes a unique addition to Christmas celebrations. Our fair trade partner African Modern works with three different artisan groups in and around Nairobi who carve, polish and paint soapstone to create beautiful pieces.
