Handcrafted by women artisans in Nepal through Mahaguthi, this wrap supports over 1,000 craftspeople—85% of whom are women—empowered to work from home using traditional skills. Mahaguthi promotes fair trade and self-reliance in rural and mountainous communities.

• 100% cotton machine‒washable outer shell, flaxseed insert
• Cool wash, line dry outer cover. Do not wash flaxseed insert.
• Holds cold for approx. 1hr following freeze. To warm: microwave in 30sec increments until desired warmth is achieved. Use caution with heated pillow.
• Main pillow measures 19" long x 9" wide, plus handles, contains approx. 32oz of flax seed.
