70th Birthday Quilled Card

Celebrate a milestone birthday with this artfully quilled greeting card! Delicate red paper scrolls magnificently form the "70" design, adorned with cherries on top! The design pops against a yellow and green colorblock background. Quilling is an ancient art utilizing a small, slotted tool to coil and shape thin strips of paper into intricate designs. Each quilled design is crafted by skilled artisans working in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
